Если знать места, то в Москве еще можно найти те самые «люберецкие» качалки, в которых сохранился не только дух старой школы (зачастую — в прямом смысле слова), но и спортивные тренажеры 80-х годов. Заглянуть в такое заведение стоит хотя бы один раз — не столько ради качественной тренировки, сколько для понимания того, как далеко с тех пор успела шагнуть индустрия спортивных агрегатов. Более того, на рынке успели появиться не просто тренажеры, которые учитывают ваши анатомические нюансы и дают максимальный спектр нагрузки, а настоящие произведения дизайнерского искусства.
Одно из таких — Personal Line, коллекция тренажеров компании Technogym для домашней велнес-зоны, которая стала итогом сотрудничества бренда с дизайнером и архитектором мебели с мировым именем Антонио Читтерио. Его тридцатилетний опыт исследований и разработок позволил с помощью эксклюзивных материалов и уникальных методов создать особую линию устройств, которые просятся на самое видное место во всем жилище. Personal Line — это полноценные предметы интерьера, прятать которые в каком-то отдельном помещении было бы просто преступно.
Главная черта коллекции — хромированные поверхности, создающие иллюзию невесомости казалось бы массивных объектов. Как отмечает производитель, они вдохновлены «наукой и природой».
Линия включает в себя полный спектр кардиотренажеров (беговую дорожку, велосипед и эллиптический тренажер), оборудование для силовой тренировки, оборудование для растяжки мышц, а также Kinesis — настоящее произведение искусства от Technogym, которое предлагает 200(!) вариантов упражнений на площади менее 1 кв. м без регулировки оборудования (все, что от вас требуется, — повернуть цифровую регулировку, чтобы увидеть на сенсорном дисплее уровень нагрузки в диапазоне от 0 до 20).
Kinesis — это, по сути, полноценный функциональный тренажерный зал, дающий доступ к сотням упражнений для развития силы, гибкости, координации и равновесия и к тому же элегантно складывающийся в стену по окончании занятий.
Тренажер позволяет естественно и комфортно выполнять трехразмерные движения — прямо как в реальной жизни — благодаря запатентованной технологии FullGravity. С ней можно тренировать отдельные мышцы и целые группы мышц с помощью сложных движений, активируя кинетические цепи в трех измерениях.
Kinesis Personal доступен в четырех вариантах: с кожаной обшивкой, выполненной вручную, в версии Heritage Leather (возможны два варианта цвета передней панели). В версии Heritage Black передняя панель выполнена из дерева, покрытого специальной краской, не выцветающей с течением времени. Но самая космическая, конечно, — версия Vision, выполненная из трех стальных панелей, закрепленных на прочной структурной опоре, которые выступают в роли зеркал, не искажающих отражение. При этом гладкая зеркальная поверхность позволяет с удобством контролировать осанку во время упражнений.
Объединяет всю линию Personal Line продуманный софт и цифровой интерфейс Technogym Live в тандеме с сенсорными экранами (это относится к кардиотренажерам). Благодаря этому вы можете получить полностью персонализированный опыт, состоящий из тренировочных программ, популярных приложений, любимых веб-сайтов, социальных сетей и развлекательных приложений, включая Netflix, YouTube и телеканалы.
Personal Line также полностью интегрирована с цифровой платформой Technogym MyWellness Cloud, которая дает полный спектр контента и тренировочных программ, посвященных фитнесу, спорту и здоровью, доступных непосредственно на дисплее тренажеров.
Особая фишка тренажеров Technogym — умение бесконтактно сопрягаться с часами Apple Watch для мгновенного подключения и коммуникаций с интерфейсом Technogym Live. Это позволяет следить за своим пульсом в режиме реального времени с помощью дисплея тренажера, а результаты при этом будут автоматически отслеживаться в приложении Apple Health, как только тренировка закончится.
Другая отличительная возможность всей серии Personal Line — встроенные прямо в корпус тренажеров динамики. Если, когда вы пользуетесь другими устройствами, вам нужно подключать к ним наушники или колонки, то здесь можно сфокусироваться только на спортивном процессе, не волнуясь о том, что надо подсоединить какую-то еще технику.
В целом в Technogym придерживаются принципа «Wellness on the go». Он заключается в том, чтобы работать над своим здоровьем и красотой везде, где находишься, пользуясь всеми доступными средствами и аксессуарами.
