Рылся тут давеча на компе и нашел ранее скаченные технические мануалы для разных Subaru, какие-то даже на русском языке…
Еще имелась книга по Форикам с 1997г.в. и Legacy, Outback, B4, Lancaster 1999-2006г.от Легион Автодата, тоже отсканировал ее.

Жидкость АКПП (ATF)
Проверка уровня жидкости
Жидкость АКПП сильно расширяется при повышении температуры, а уровень жидкости изменяется в зависимости от ее температуры. Поэтому на щупе имеется две шкалы – для проверки уровня горячей жидкости и для проверки уровня холодной жидкости. Несмотря на то, что уровень жидкости можно проверять и до ее нагрева – по шкале щупа “COLD”, – мы рекомендуем производить такую проверку при рабочей температуре жидкости.
Проверка уровня горячей жидкости
Ежемесячно проверяйте уровень жидкости.
1. Доведите температуру жидкости АКПП до нормальной рабочей температуры (70 – 80°C (158 – 176°F), проехав на автомобиле несколько километров (миль).
2. Припаркуйте автомобиль на ровной поверхности и установите стояночный тормоз.
3. Сначала переведите рычаг выбора режима поочередно в каждое из имеющихся положений. Затем установите рычаг селектора в положение “Р” и запустите двигатель на холостых оборотах.
4. Извлеките щуп и проверьте уровень жидкости. Если он ниже отметки нижнего уровня на шкале “HOT”, долейте рекомендованную к использованию трансмиссионную жидкость до отметки верхнего уровня этой шкалы.
Проверка уровня холодной трансмиссионной жидкости
Если у Вас нет времени для прогрева АКПП, то для проверки уровня жидкости в холодном состоянии, извлеките щуп и убедитесь в том, что уровень жидкости находится между верхней и нижней отметками на шкале “COLD”. Если уровень жидкости находится ниже отметки нижнего уровня этой шкалы, долейте жидкость до отметки верхнего уровня. Будьте осторожны, чтобы не перелить жидкость. Соблюдайте осторожность, чтобы не пролить жидкость АКПП во время ее доливки. Попадание жидкости АКПП на выхлопную трубу может привести к образованию резкого запаха и дыма, а также стать причиной возникновения пожара. Убедитесь в том, что вытерли жидкость АКПП, попавшую на выхлопную трубу.
Рекомендованная жидкость
Мы рекомендуем Вам использовать трансмиссионную жидкость одного из следующих типов. Оригинальная жидкость АКПП фирмы SUBARU IDEMITSU ATF HP Castrol Transmax J
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ
В моделях с 5-ти ступенчатой автоматической коробкой переключения передач, использование других, не указанных типов жидкостей АКПП, может привести к повреждениям внутри коробки переключения передач. При замене жидкости АКПП, используйте только указанные выше жидкости.
В моделях с 4-х ступенчатой автоматической коробкой переключения передач для Австралии и для Саудовской Аравии Вы можете использовать жидкость АКПП типа “Dexron III”. В остальных моделях с 4-х ступенчатой автоматической коробкой переключения передач, кроме моделей для Австралии и моделей для Саудовской Аравии Вы можете использовать жидкость АКПП типа “Dexron III” только в крайнем случае, при отсутствии рекомендованной жидкости АКПП. Однако продолжительное использование “Dexron III” может привести к значительному увеличению вибрации и шумов со стороны автоматической коробки переключения передач.
